Hello, Team MI!
I have another event to invite you to. Once again, it’s sort of a fundraiser, but sort of not. Bear with me while I explain:
If you haven’t heard of the States Project, they’re the organization focussed solely (and brilliantly) on raising money to flip state legislatures blue. One of the ways they do this is by encouraging members to start “Giving Circles,” in which folks leverage their personal networks to raise money for a state they’ve adopted.
To get everyone ready for this year’s fundraising the States Project is launching their “State Preview” event series! It’s a 3-part deep dive into the stakes, opportunities, and goals in each of their 2024 target states. And guess which state will be discussed first?
That’s right! Michigan! (And Minnesota. They do two states at each event.)

My friends, Michigan is going to be HARD this year. We’re going to need a ton of grassroots energy, great organizing by the state party, and a lot of money in the right places to win it. And win it we must.
So please come hear about the approach that will not only help hold the Dem trifecta in the state, but pull Biden over the finish line there as well.
