Are we tired yet? Only 58 more days to go! YIKES!

I thought I might be able to lure some of you to phonebank into Michigan using Piper Peralbo as bait! She’s awesome, right?

Turns out she’s also a big friend of democracy, so she’s going to be joining Sister District for a phonebank into Michigan on Saturday, September 17th at 1PM ET. This phonebank, by the way, meets every week at this time to make calls for Darrin Camilleri in MI State Senate District 4 OR MI State Rep Rachel Hood. While state-level races like this may feel boring, they are a) critical to the survival of our democracy and b) incredibly helpful in winning up-ballot races…like—ahem—Governor!

So please, come on the 17th and meet Piper or sign up for even ONE shift on a Saturday after that.

I know how uncomfortable it is to make calls.

But I can only imagine how much more uncomfortable it will be to live in a Christo-fascist autocracy. Let’s not let that happen.
